The kitchen is located right under the Great Hall. It is hidden behind a portrait of a bowl of fruit. To get past it all you have to do it tickle the pear. Once inside it is hard not to notice the resemblance it has to the Great Hall. In the middle of the room stand four tables, identical to the ones above. House elves work preparing food for the meals, and if you happen to stumble into the kitchen at night they may prepare you a snack. It is prohibited to be out of bed though, so watch for the grounds keeper.
